Drawing on this experience we bring to the parking enforcement – and PCN collection service, an open and transparent process with a robust route to court through our partner solicitors. Each case is investigated carefully to ensure that the PCN which was issued complies with the standards of our trade industry body, the International Parking Community (IPC). From there our processes are in line with the code of the IPC and its best practice guidelines.
Our industry association body, the IPC remain the only Accredited Trade Association (approved by the DVLA) which offer alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and where every member’s car parks and signs are audited. We currently work at the forefront of the developments in the IPC to raise standards for the industry in order to improve the experience for the motorist.

We are actively working with our trade association to promote sustainable parking enforcement from the management of car parks through to the collection of unpaid parking charges.
Through our trade bodies we actively lobby government and consult to clarify and simplify parking regulations such as the changes brought about in the deregulation bill, heralding the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012. As technology advances we welcome the move toward compliance with parking regulations due to automated parking payments, making it easier for motorists to park and where necessary implement smart enforcement using focused patrolling through guided reporting and camera technology.
